These terms govern your use of this website, steptechnologies.co, operated by Step Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), a Texas-based company that designs and builds mobile apps. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You may use this site to learn about our work and get in touch. You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• attempt to probe, breach, or test the security of the site or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code;
• scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale or for a competing purpose;
• misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

Some pages let you try an app we built, running in your browser against a demonstration account with sample data. Demos are provided for evaluation only, as-is, and may be changed, limited, or removed at any time. You agree not to attempt to access data or functionality beyond what the demo presents, and not to use the demos in any way that burdens the underlying services.

The content of this site - text, design, graphics, the Step Technologies name and mark, and the presentation of our case studies - belongs to us or our licensors. Apps shown in case studies, and their names and marks, belong to their respective owners.

You may view the site and share links to it. No other license is granted; don't reuse our content or branding without written permission.

Case studies describe real work, but they are illustrations, not promises. Every business and project is different, and nothing on this site guarantees a particular outcome, timeline, or result for your project.

This website is informational. Nothing on it - including pricing discussions, process descriptions, or case studies - is a binding offer to provide services. Any work we do for a client is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed for that engagement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

The site links to third-party sites and services, such as the App Store. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied - including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content may contain errors or become outdated, and nothing on the site is professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of this website.
